Ashley Delucca and Andre Littles Ambridge Shooting: Two Dead Following Sunday Shooting In Beaver County; Howard Thomas Jr. Zanesville, Ohio Arrest & Charges

AMBRIDGE, Pa. — Two people were killed in a shooting early Sunday morning in Ambridge, prompting a multi-agency investigation that ended hours later with a suspect taken into custody in Ohio.

According to the Ambridge Police Department, officers responded to a residence along Locust Street at approximately 2:30 a.m. after neighbors reported hearing gunfire coming from inside the home. When officers entered the residence, they found a man and a woman deceased.

The victims were later identified as Ashley Delucca, 38, and Andre Littles, 54, police said in a press release. Authorities have not released details regarding the circumstances leading up to the shooting or the relationship between the victims and the suspect.

Two teenagers were also inside the home at the time of the shooting. Police said the teens were found safe and were not physically injured. They were later released into the care of another family member.

Following the discovery, police identified a suspect as Howard Thomas Jr., 39, and issued a “be on the lookout” alert to surrounding law enforcement agencies. Authorities said Thomas fled the area after the shooting.

At approximately 8:37 a.m., Ambridge police were notified by the Ohio State Highway Patrol that Thomas had been apprehended following a vehicle crash in Zanesville, Ohio. Further details regarding the crash and the circumstances of his arrest have not yet been released.

Investigators remained on Locust Street for several hours as they processed the scene, collected evidence, and interviewed neighbors. The Beaver County District Attorney’s Office is expected to be involved as the investigation continues.
